Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms govern your access to and use of FindBullionDeals.com, the FindBullionDeals Discord community, and related features, content, communications, and services (collectively, the Services). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Independent Community Project

FindBullionDeals.com is an independent, community-run bullion deal tracking project. It is not represented as a nonprofit organization. As of the date above, FindBullionDeals does not receive dealer commissions for listed deals, charge dealers to be listed, offer paid ranking, or accept sponsored placement in its deal listings. A dealer's appearance on the Services does not by itself indicate any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, agency relationship, or other affiliation.

FindBullionDeals may change its business model in the future, including by offering advertising, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, partnerships, or other commercial arrangements. Dealers or businesses interested in potential future opportunities may contact support@findbulliondeals.com. If a material paid, sponsored, affiliate, or other compensated relationship is introduced, FindBullionDeals intends to identify or disclose that relationship where appropriate and as required by applicable law.

3. Informational Purposes Only

The Services are provided for general informational and community purposes only. Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, legal, tax, trading, appraisal, authentication, grading, or other professional advice. FindBullionDeals is not a financial or investment adviser, broker, commodity trading adviser, precious-metals dealer, attorney, accountant, appraiser, professional grader, or authentication service. You are responsible for your own purchasing, selling, and investment decisions.

Precious metals can rise or fall in value, sometimes quickly. A product described as being available at spot price is not necessarily profitable, appropriate for you, risk-free, or guaranteed to retain its value. Historical prices and previous deals do not guarantee future results.

4. Community-Powered and User-Submitted Content

FindBullionDeals is community-powered. Users and community members may directly submit, share, or provide deals, URLs, dealer information, product information, price information, screenshots, corrections, reports, comments, authentication opinions, and other content through the website, Discord, email, or other available submission methods. Information displayed or shared through the Services may therefore originate from FindBullionDeals, community members, dealers, publicly available sources, third-party services, or automated systems.

User-submitted content may be displayed, shared, or otherwise made available without prior review, verification, approval, fact-checking, or independent investigation by FindBullionDeals. FindBullionDeals does not monitor, review, verify, investigate, or fact-check every submission, deal, link, dealer, redirect, screenshot, comment, or other piece of content. You should not assume that content was checked merely because it appears on the Services.

FindBullionDeals may review, edit, format, categorize, approve, reject, publish, moderate, delay, disable, or remove content. Doing so does not constitute independent verification, endorsement, or a guarantee of the content's accuracy, legality, safety, authenticity, availability, completeness, or reliability.

5. Submission Rights and Responsibilities

By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that your submission does not knowingly violate applicable law or another person's rights. You grant FindBullionDeals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, edit, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, improve, promote, and provide the Services. Do not submit private, confidential, unlawfully obtained, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious material.

6. Deal Information May Be Wrong or Change

Deal titles, URLs, dealer names, product descriptions, metal content, spot-price status, availability, quantities, purchase limits, eligibility requirements, expiration information, payment-method requirements, shipping terms, and other information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, miscategorized, incorrectly entered, or changed after publication. Promotions may expire, products may sell out, and dealers may change or cancel offers without notice.

FindBullionDeals may make mistakes, including posting an incorrect URL, associating a link with the wrong dealer or product, incorrectly identifying a deal as being available at spot price, or failing to notice that information or a URL has changed. FindBullionDeals may correct, modify, disable, or remove information at any time, but does not promise that an error will be discovered or corrected within any particular period.

7. Spot Prices and Market Data

Spot prices displayed on the Live Prices page are obtained from third-party market-data services and may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or incomplete. Different data providers, markets, exchanges, and dealers may use different prices, bid or ask values, refresh intervals, and calculation methods. FindBullionDeals does not guarantee that its displayed or referenced market price will match a dealer's price at any particular moment.

A deal identified as at spot may cease to be at spot after publication because the market price, dealer price, fees, eligibility, or other terms change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a spot-price reference may not account for shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, payment-method surcharges, membership requirements, minimum purchases, or other costs. Always verify the final checkout price and terms yourself.

Dealers may use their own spot-price feeds or methodologies, and a dealer's displayed spot price may be higher or lower than the spot price displayed by FindBullionDeals or another dealer. Therefore, a product advertised or categorized as at spot means at or around the applicable dealer's stated spot price under the terms of that offer and does not necessarily mean the product price will equal the spot price displayed on FindBullionDeals.

8. Third-Party Links, Redirects, and Websites

Links may lead directly to a precious-metals dealer or may pass through or lead to another third-party website, aggregator, redirect service, tracking service, URL service, platform, or intermediary before reaching an ultimate destination. FindBullionDeals does not guarantee that a link is direct or that it will lead to the intended dealer, product, promotion, or destination.

URLs and destinations can be incorrect, outdated, broken, modified, redirected, replaced, compromised, or otherwise changed without FindBullionDeals knowing. FindBullionDeals does not control third-party websites, redirects, domains, content, security, privacy practices, terms, or availability. Third-party destinations may present risks including phishing, malware, impersonation, malicious redirects, compromised content, or other security problems.

Before entering personal information, account credentials, banking or payment information, or completing a purchase, independently verify the actual domain, website, seller, product, price, and transaction details. Access to third-party websites is at your own risk and is governed by those third parties' own terms and privacy practices.

9. Dealers Are Not Guaranteed or Endorsed

A dealer, product, deal, logo, trademark, or link appearing on the Services is not, by itself, an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, approval, certification, or guarantee. FindBullionDeals does not promise that it has audited or verified a dealer's identity, ownership, licensing, solvency, cybersecurity, inventory, authenticity practices, reputation, customer service, policies, or business practices. You should independently research any seller before doing business with it.

10. FindBullionDeals Is Not a Party to Transactions

Purchases and other transactions occur between you and the applicable third party. FindBullionDeals is not the buyer, seller, dealer, broker, marketplace, payment processor, escrow provider, shipping carrier, insurer, authenticator, guarantor, or agent for either side unless expressly stated for a specific service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FindBullionDeals is not responsible for third-party pricing errors, refused or canceled orders, payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, damaged products, counterfeit or misdescribed products, authentication or grading disputes, account problems, data or security incidents, dealer insolvency, customer-service disputes, taxes, duties, or other conduct or events arising from a transaction with a third party.

11. Your Duty to Verify

Before relying on a listing or completing a transaction, independently verify the seller and domain; product and metal content; current dealer price and applicable spot price; availability and purchase limits; eligibility and geographic restrictions; shipping and insurance; payment-method fees; taxes and duties; return, cancellation, and refund policies; and the final checkout total. The third party's current website and checkout terms control its transaction with you.

12. Geographic, Legal, and Tax Responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Services and any purchase, sale, possession, transport, import, export, or other activity is lawful and available where you live or transact. You are also responsible for applicable taxes, duties, reporting requirements, and other legal obligations.

13. Authentication and Community Opinions

Authentication, grading, value, or condition feedback shared through the community consists of informal opinions and is not professional authentication, grading, appraisal, or certification. Photos or descriptions may be insufficient, and community members, moderators, operators, and automated systems can be mistaken. For important decisions, use a qualified independent professional or recognized grading or authentication service.

14. Peer-to-Peer Activity

Any private or peer-to-peer transaction arranged between community members is undertaken entirely by the participants. FindBullionDeals is not an escrow service, payment processor, broker, seller, buyer, or guarantor for member-to-member transactions and does not promise to resolve payment, shipping, authenticity, or other disputes between members.

15. Community Conduct and Moderation

Spam, fraud, scams, harassment, threats, impersonation, malicious links, manipulation of deal information or community sentiment, and attempts to exploit or defraud others are prohibited. FindBullionDeals reserves the right, but not the obligation, to moderate content and participation, including editing or removing content and restricting or terminating access. There is no guaranteed warning before moderation, and a report does not guarantee any particular action.

16. No Duty to Monitor or Update

FindBullionDeals does not undertake a duty to continuously monitor, test, investigate, update, or verify every deal, dealer, link, redirect, price, submission, comment, third-party website, or other item. Manual review does not guarantee accuracy. The Services may be interrupted, delayed, modified, suspended, or discontinued, and third-party feeds, APIs, platforms, or infrastructure may fail.

17. Automated Systems

Information may be collected, processed, categorized, displayed, checked, or updated using manual or automated methods. Automated systems, software, APIs, algorithms, or artificial-intelligence tools may make mistakes. Use of automation does not mean that information has been independently verified or guaranteed by FindBullionDeals.

18. Dealer Removal and Business Inquiries

If you are a dealer or an authorized representative and would prefer that FindBullionDeals not list or share your business, products, website, or deals, email support@findbulliondeals.com with your identity, role, and the material you want addressed. FindBullionDeals may review and act on reasonable requests in good faith. Offering this contact process is a voluntary policy and is not an admission that every requester has a legal right to require removal.

Dealers interested in discussing possible future advertising, sponsorship, affiliate, or partnership opportunities may also contact support@findbulliondeals.com. FindBullionDeals does not currently offer paid deal placement or paid ranking. Any future material commercial relationship would be handled and disclosed as appropriate at that time.

19. Third-Party Platforms

Discord and other third-party platforms are operated independently from FindBullionDeals. Their outages, accounts, content systems, data practices, and services are outside our control. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

20. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

Original FindBullionDeals text, graphics, branding, logos, and other original content are owned by FindBullionDeals or its licensors. Dealer names, product names, logos, trademarks, images, and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Their use for identification or informational purposes does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

You may not commercially republish, mirror, scrape, bulk-extract, or commercially exploit original FindBullionDeals content without prior written authorization, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, SECURITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

22. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FINDBULLIONDEALS.COM AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY LINKS, DEALER CONDUCT, USER CONTENT, OR TRANSACTIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT A LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

23. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindBullionDeals.com and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or abusive use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, content you submit, or your infringement or violation of another person's rights.

24. Changes to the Services and Terms

FindBullionDeals may add, remove, reorder, modify, suspend, or discontinue content, listings, voting, Discord features, live prices, submissions, or any other feature. We may also update these Terms as the Services or business model changes. The Last Updated date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

25. General

Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent possible.

No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a specific feature, constitute the agreement between you and FindBullionDeals regarding the Services.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, to the extent legally applicable, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
